Welcome to the world of Cold, Cold Heart! It seems that this is a self-contained adventure telling the familiar Mr. Freeze origin story again. Perhaps, it is may be bad and good news.
Let’s take a closer look the reason why it includes good news and bad news. Because while motivations of Mr. Freeze are several Batman’s rogue’s of the most sympathetic gallery, this version apparently seems to be virtual, with no interest in adding a new spin in it.
The pretty cool Batsuit
The new version is similar to the Batman in the animated series episode Heart of Ice. Thus, you will be not surprised at its innovations. However, there are a lot of structures and other features attracting you.
In the cave, you have to fight through several predator encounters.
One of them is fairly tough and usual brawls with a great variety of rivals. Luckily, they don’t call in the overused huge brutes at all.
Most of the players love the new freeze-ray thugs in Cold, Cold Heart. How about you? Have you ever enjoyed them? Absolutely, they will surround you in ice once you hold still. Their attacks probably become your advantage when you avoid them at the right time and cause these thugs to check the beam from other henchmen.
Look at the bulky new thermal Batsuit, and you see it is so pretty great. In the battle, the batman always changes lots of custom suit for each of the situations. Unluckily, the Batsuit doesn’t change how Thermal Gauntles work.
They still pretty much beat the aim of the otherwise excellent fight by letting the players punch and kick enemies on their face without paying attention to which weapon or armor they are attacking the Batman.
Amazing Battle With Batman
Surprisingly, Cold, Cold Heart does away from Glue Grenade gadget, but never changes it by Arkham City’s Cryo Grenade. It helps you find great weapons to fight against your enemies.
The Boss Fight is mostly a retread of what you saw in Arkham City, but a little tougher. That is a spectacular battle, if nothing horribly novel except dropping icicles on his head by a heated Batarang at these iciles.
Next, thaw a handful of new collectibles in the form of frozen citizens, and actually it also never allows you to revisit the northern of the Gotham map. At least, you won’t pass across this stupid bridge anymore.
For beginners, the game’s surprise attack will give its fans a chance to see the pretty cool Batsuit and a tie that never hinder the Wayne’s combat prowess. Besides, the opportunity to navigate through Batcave and Wayne Manor is an exciting defense system for any serious fans.
The players will be behaved to the benchmark mixture of the stealth combats and predator room of the earlier versions, but the mission of finishing them just using Bruce Wayne’s cunning without the gadgets or traversal abilities is misused a minimum.
That’s a shame, since it is similar to the team which has the competence to carry some old school stealth gameplay into the formula via an under-powered Batman. Remember that this video game concentrates on Mr. Freeze, not the domestic life of Bruce Wayne.
